We are delighted to announce that the British Onions Agronomy Day will be held on 16th November 2023.
BOPA and the seed companies continue to support innovation within the UK onion industry and to that purpose have jointly funded two onion variety performance trials delivered by NIAB. Varietal field data, yield, quality and storage performance are all assessed within these trials and then presented back to the industry.
There will be a display of harvested onion material, and presentation of trials summaries at NIAB Park Farm with speaker presentations.
Thursday 16 November 2023 – 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
BASIS and NRoSO points will be available on the day.
Teas and coffees available in the Sophi Taylor Building. Lunch provided.
