We are a specialist hospitality recruitment company based in central London. You are no doubt aware; the hospitality industry has been hit particularly hard by the Corona Crisis, we therefore find ourselves in a situation where we have an extensive data base of workers and no work to offer them. If you feel we might be able to assist I would be keen to continue the conversation.

Surplus Produce – Routes to Market

An alternative route to market for growers is the ever-increasing box schemes, supplying consumers to their doors throughout the UK. Using locally grown fresh produce and creating the possibility to match suppliers with consumers.  They also aim to minimise food waste and use wonky veg, together with purchasing surplus product.  Being realistic, these outlets are not going to make up for the loss of major food service contracts, but may offer a route to market for smaller quantities of produce. As one of our major customers for fresh produce says – every little bit helps.
